What Can We Do For You? 

It might be easier to ask what cant we do for you. We can book all aspects of your travel including flights, transfers, accommodation, tours, sightseeing, visas, travel insurance, cruises and travel money. We can even sell you power adapters!  Being an independent agency we are not restricted to a list of ‘approved’ suppliers so can book with anyone.

What kind of Service can you expect?

We pride ourselves on our excellent personal service. It is our fast personal service that keeps our clients coming back year after year!

Do we provide Travel Advice?

Yes we will offer advice as to best time of year to travel to your chosen destination and when it’s the best time to book. We know that everyone is different so we take the time to listen, get to know you and then can recommend the best travel arrangements to suit you personally. Try and get the internet to do that!

Do we price match?

Yes, bring in a written quote and we will endeavor to price match. Sometimes this doesn’t always work due to exclusive deals for other suppliers and agents but we are happy to look it over and do what we can. Don’t forget sometimes things really are too good to be true.

 

 

I can’t make it in to the office during business hours, do you offer an afterhours service?

Yes. Just call the office and ask! We can arrange to meet at your home or local coffee shop. Currently we can offer this service in the Cherrybrook, Pennant Hills, Thornleigh and Normanhurst areas or we can meet in our office afterhours.

 

 

I’ve heard you offer a bridal registry service?

That’s right, we do. Nowadays many couples are already sharing a home so do not require wedding gifts of household items. Many are now opting for a wishing well at the reception for cash donations or doing a Honeymoon bridal registry.

 

 

How does the bridal registry work?

We will provide a letter that can be slipped in with the wedding invitations explaining the honeymoon registry. Guests contact us direct to make a payment of an amount of their choosing. If this sounds like something you would like to do pop in to see us and we can explain it in full.

Do you accept credit cards as payment?

Yes we are pleased to be able to accept credit card for payment and in most cases there is no nasty merchant fees. Sometimes this is however beyond our control but we will do everything we can to minimise the costs to you.

If I need a Visa for a Country I am travelling to, can you help? 

In most cases absolutely we can. We can advise on where you need a visa for, help with the application process and even safely courier passports to consulates when required. Just remember to bring in your passports when you are booking as different passports have different requirements and it is not the same for all nationalities. There may be some cases where you will need to make your own arrangements for visas, but we can provide advice on this for you on an individual basis.
